Returns

All our shipments go through a strict quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a product in any of the below-mentioned conditions, please notify us within 30 days of
delivery.

30-Day Return Policy – Acceptable Reasons for Returns:

● Product is Damaged / Leaking / Tampered / Broken
● Wrong Product Delivered
● Product Past Expiration Date
● Incomplete Order / Missing Products

Unacceptable Reasons for Returns:

● Opened / Used / Altered products
● Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.)
● Return/Replacement request made after 4 days of delivery
● Damaged/Missing products reported after 4 days of delivery
● Products returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect
● Issues like taste preference, flavour differences, or personal reactions (e.g.,
stomach upset, headache, etc.) – Please consult your doctor before purchase.

In Case of an Acceptable Reason for Return:

  1. 1. Notify us within 30 days of delivery with proof (images) at hello@goodorganic.com.
  2.  Our team will investigate and respond within 24 working hours.
  3.  If the product is found damaged/unusable, you may be asked to discard it, and a
    replacement will be arranged.
  4.  If reverse pickup is not available in your area, please self-ship the product via a
    reliable courier. Courier charges will be reimbursed.
  5. Once the product is received and verified, replacement/refund will be processed.
  6. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

 

Refunds

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

● The returned product is damaged/tampered with after delivery.
● Incorrect shipping address was provided.
● Product has been partly consumed and then returned.
● The returns policy (above) is not complied with.

Refunds May Be Issued If:

● The ordered product is out of stock.
● The shipping address is not serviceable.
● Return request complies with our return policy.
● The returned product is received in good condition and not tampered with.
● Duplicate payment was made for the same order.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

● You can cancel your order by emailing hello@goodorganic.com before dispatch.
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
● Refunds for cancellations will reflect in your original payment mode within 5–7
working days.

Other Important Information

Processing Fee: No processing fee for returns/replacements. If you choose a
higher-priced replacement, you’ll need to pay the difference.
Modes of Refund:
○ For Prepaid Orders – Refunds will be credited to the original payment
account within 3–5 working days after verification.
○ For Cash on Delivery Orders – Refunds will be transferred to the bank
account provided during the return request within 3–5 working days after
verification.
Replaced Products Delivery Time: Once approved, replacements will be
dispatched within 3–5 working days.
